This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of StreamSetu. It exists to keep the platform safe and lawful for everyone. By using StreamSetu you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Content You May Not Stream or Upload
- Content you do not own or have the rights to broadcast, including pirated video, audio or music.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors — this is reported to authorities.
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual-property right.
- Malware, phishing, scams, or content designed to defraud or deceive viewers.
- Content that violates the rules of the platform you are streaming to (YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to breach, probe or disrupt our systems, other users’ accounts, or the service’s security.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without authorisation.
- Using the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Circumventing plan limits, usage caps, or billing.
- Sharing your account credentials or API keys with unauthorised parties.
3. Fair Use of Resources
StreamSetu provides substantial streaming and storage resources. We may apply reasonable limits to protect platform stability and prevent abuse. Sustained activity that harms the service for other users may be throttled or suspended.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend streams, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to the relevant authorities and connected platforms.
