• Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
• Streaming data: videos you upload, playlists, and stream keys. Stream keys are stored encrypted and used only to deliver your live stream.
• Usage data: log files, device/browser information and analytics used to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate and maintain your 24/7 live streams.
• To process payments, send invoices and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails such as OTP verification, receipts and important account notices.
• To provide customer support and improve our platform.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data only with trusted providers required to run the service: Razorpay (payments), ZeptoMail (transactional email), Google (optional sign-in), and the streaming platforms you connect (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). We never sell your personal data.

4. Channel Access

StreamSetu only uses the stream key you provide. We do not request access to manage your YouTube, Facebook or other channels, and we cannot view or edit your channel content, settings or analytics.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted stream keys, access controls and regular monitoring. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
