Terms of Service

1. The Service

StreamSetu lets you stream pre-recorded videos as a 24/7 live broadcast to platforms such as YouTube and Facebook from our cloud infrastructure. Features and limits depend on your chosen plan.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) to use StreamSetu. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content & Copyright

• You retain ownership of the videos you upload.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to broadcast your content. You must not upload or stream copyrighted material, illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
• Any copyright strike, takedown or action by a streaming platform resulting from your content is your responsibility.

4. Platform Compliance

You must comply with the terms of every platform you stream to (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). StreamSetu is a tool to deliver your stream; we are not responsible for platform-side decisions, demonetization, or channel actions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, resell access without authorization, or use StreamSetu for any unlawful purpose.

6. Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) via Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated.
• Plans are prepaid for the period you choose and do not auto-renew. We do not auto-charge; we email you before your plan expires so you can renew it manually.
• You can change or cancel your plan from your dashboard; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

7. No Earnings Guarantee

Any references to views, watch time or revenue are illustrative only. StreamSetu does not guarantee any specific results, growth or income.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and include automatic stream restart, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, platform outages or events beyond our control may affect streams.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSetu and Airbyte Technologies Pvt Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, data or channel arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
